Serial No. 4118/071078 LQA/JEE:esh Docket Nos~ 50-280 50-281 RADIOLOGICAL EFFLUENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SURRY POWER STATION Our response to Mr. Vanallo's letter of July 10, 1978, has been delayed beyond the date *of January 15, 1979 submitted in our letter of November 3, 1978.
We now intend to submit our proposed Technical Specifi-cation change, Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, and the Process Control Program by February 28, 1979.*
This time is needed because of the company's desire to complete the proposed North Anna radiation effluent technical specifications first and the changing guidance for these new specifications from the NRC Staff.
