50-404 50-405 For informational purposes this is to advise you and other members of the NRC Staff that the Board of Directors of Virginia Electric and Power Company authorized the following ch~nges in the executfve management of our nuclear power station construction and operations activities, effective January 1, 1979.

The revised organization charts are attached.

Mr. W. L. Proffitt has been named Senior Vice President, Power Operations, responsible far the man_agement of* power station operations.

Mr. S. C. Brown, Jr. has been named Senior Vice President, Power Station Engineering and Construction, responsible for the management of nuclear facility engineering and construction.

Mr. W. C. Spencer has been named Vice President, Power Station Engineer-ing and Construction Services, responsible for the management of engineering and construction services.

All correspondence from the NRC to Vepco should continue to be addressed to Mr. W. L. Proffitt.
