Serial Noo 535/091378 FR/MLB:esh Docket Noso 50-280 50-281 License Naso DPR-32 DPR-37 lri response to your letter of September 13, 1978, we are planning to comply with the conditions of the recently issued Exemption and Order for Modification of License for Surry Units No. 1 and 2 by January 1979.
At this time, we plan to submit sufficient analysis, as well as, any required Techni-cal Specifications changes, to demonstrate complete compliance to the require-ments of 10 CFR 50.46 with a calculational model which fully conforms to the provisions of Appendix K, 10 CFR 50.
Should a change to our schedule to complete and submit this analysis occur, you will be pr6mptly notified.
