Revised Prairie Island Generating Plant Emergency Action Level (EAL) Matrix to Revision 1 O and Emergency Action Level Technical Bases (F3-2.1)
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), Northern States* Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy.(hereafter "NSPM"), submits a revis_ions to the EAL Matrix and Emergency Action Level Technical Bases (F3-2-1) as. Enclosure 1. A summary of the changes is provided in Enclosure 2. The changed EAL Matrix and Technical Bases have been reviewed and did not result in a reduction in effectiveness of the Emergen*cy Plan.
-Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
