Each such company shall be liable only for its proportion of any obligation assumed or expense incurred under the policy because of such bodily injury or property damage. as designated on the reverse side of this endor sement.

It is agreed that the effective period of this endorsement is to the close of December 31st of the Calendar Yeat designated in the caption above, or to the time of the termination or cancelation of the policy, if sooner.
