Your facility has requested an examination for the week of May 29th, 2018 and will provide the relevant facility documents ASAP.
Your facility documents are required in the preparation of the examination. The following documents are required but not limited to: Technical Specifications, Safety Analysis Report, Emergency Plan and Procedures, Safety/Security Procedures (IMPORTANT - DO NOT SUBMIT sensitive or proprietary information via UNSECURE/UNAPPROVED methods), Requalification Procedures, Operational Procedures, Administrative Procedures, Maintenance Procedures, and any training documents pertinent to your applicants.
In order to provide adequate processing time, please submit the applicants NRC Form 398 & 396 once available.
