LEVY NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 TERMINATION OF COMBINED LICENSES NPF-99 AND NPF-100
Dear Mr. Donahue:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the termination of the Levy Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, Combined Licenses NPF-99 and NPF-100 and their included Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Parts 30, 40, and 70 licenses to manufacture, produce, transfer, receive, acquire, own, possess, or use byproduct material.
This action is in response to your request dated January 25, 2018. This action is effective upon receipt of this letter.
A copy of the Federal Register notice is enclosed. The notice has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
