On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we would like to commend BAV Audio Visual Services (BAV) for its support of the NRCs 30th Annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), held March 13-15, 2018. There were nearly 2,300 attendees at this years conference, with representatives from 35 countries.
The RIC is the NRCs premier event, and its success was due in part to the exceptional support provided by BAV. We want to especially thank Craig Chapman and his entire team: Tony Coniglio, Dylan Cottrell, Nick Malczewsky, Jay Marks, Dave Valerio, Gil Jacobs, Ron Burton, Cassi Cegielski, and John Chia. They made outstanding customer service look easy! The BAV staff continues to exceed expectations; their ability to anticipate every detail, their professionalism in quickly and seamlessly resolving any issue that arises, and their unwavering dedication to quality of service are greatly appreciated.
