Salem Generating Station Docket No. 50-272/50-311 Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request S96-10 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated October 14, 1997.
The request proposes to permanently modify Technical Specification (TS) 3.4.6.3 Primary Coolant System Pressure Isolation Valves, Limiting Condition for Operation.
To make the Technical Specifications consistent between the two units.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b) and has no comments.
