transmittal is being made to support the technical evaluation of the referenced Exigent Request For Change To Technical Specifications, Movable Control Assemblies And Position Indication Systems, which was made by Public Service Electric & Gas
. (PSE&G) Company in accordance with 1 OCFR50.90.
Also enclosed are a Westinghouse authorization letter, CAW-97-1155 and accompanying Affidavit, Proprietary Information Notice, and Copyright Notice.
As this attachment contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Company, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information:
The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from Public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
Due to the emergent nature of supplying the information specified in the Attachment to the NRC, the information does not have brackets around the proprietary information.
Westinghouse will comply with the requirements of 10CFR2.790 to provide proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the above material as soon as the proprietary and non-proprietary versions have been prepared in their entirety.
