Division of Reactor Projects, RI RELEASE OF PUBLIC SERVICE ELECTRIC & GAS DOCUMENTS TO THE PUBLIC The attached letter provided the opportunity for Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) to comment on the release of documents used in making an enforcement decision regarding alleged harassment and intimidation against two employees. PSE&G was also given the opportunity to request withholding of four attachments that were printed on PSE&G letterhead or which contained the PSE&G logo. No response was received from PSE&G to request withholding of the specified information. Based on the above, the NRC is transmitting the enclosed information for public review.
