Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Change Request LCR 895-10 Containment Cooling System Robert C. Shinn, Jr.

Commissioner Public Service Electric and Gas Company submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on April 11, 1997. The proposed amendment would charige Technical Specification Section 3.6.2.3, "Containment Cooling System," by increasing the minimum surveillance testing flow rate to a value that is representative of the post accident requirements.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b) and has no comments on this proposed change.
