License Change Request: LCR 95-15 By letter dated January 4, 199<;) 1 -Publ,ic Service.Electric &
Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted the subject change request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
LCR 95-15, proposes to change Technical Specification: TS 3/4.8.2.5 "28-Volt DC Distribution - Operating" (Unit 1), in order to (a) make Unit 1 requirements similar,*,te--those of Unit 2; (b) for both Units 1 &
2, revise the Action Statement 3.8.2.5.a for an operable 28-Volt DC Bus to require that the bus also be energized; and (c) make editorial changes for clarity.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b), and has no comments.
