NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT LICENSEE MEETING Public Service Electric & Gas Company Salem Generating Station 50-272; 50-311 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 1995 Salem Access Processing Facility Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey No. 95-73 Management Meeting between NRC and representatives of PSE&G's Nuclear Business ~nit (NBU) to discuss the scope of activities that are expected to be accomp 1 i shed during the current extended outage of both Salem units.
Licensee representatives are expected to describe and discuss their approach to remediation of long-standing performance issues, and the processes that are being applied to determine actions to be accomp 1 i shed to support startup of the units.
The discussion is expected to include near-term action plans, process for determining and managing the restart work scope, and startup readiness review processes and plans.
