.Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 Revision of Surveillance Requirements for Areas Within Containment -- LCR 94-33 On December 23, 1994, Public Service Electric and Gas Company

{PSE&G) submitted to the u~s. Nuclear Regulatory Commission {NRC) an application for an amendment to Appendix A of each of the aforementioned facilities operating licenses.

Via LCR 94~33, the licensee proposes to revise surveillance Technical Specification TS 4. 5. 2. c. 2.

The change request was initiated to implement a recommended line-item TS improvement per Generic L.etter 93-05.
