EMERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM DATA POINT LIBRARY CHANGE SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 2 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-75 DOCKET NO. 50-311 In accordance with 10CFR50 Appendix E, Section VI.3.a, Public Service Electric & Gas hereby notifies the NRC of a change to the Salem Unit No. 2 Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library (DPL).

Specifically, the changes affect the conversion parameters for four feedwater flow points defined in the "Unique System Description" field entry on the DPL form (Attachment 1).

This change was implemented on December 30, 1994, during Refueling Outage 8 as ?art of a plant modification to feedwater flow nozzles. contains the revised DPL forms which incorporate the changes. contains a copy of Table 4 "Calorimetric Values for Feedwater and Saturated steam," of Salem Unit No.2 Procedure S2.RE-RA.ZZ-0011(Q) which is referenced by the "Unique System Description" field entry.
