2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SURVEILLANCE 4.4.6.5.a NOTIFICATION On November 11, 1994, Steam Generator tube plugging, in support of the Unit 2 eight refueling outage, was completed.

Attached is a list of the plugged tube locations.

In all, six (6) tubes were plugged due to imperfection depths greater than or equal to 40% and two (2) were plugged due to imperfection depths between 30% and 40%.

This notification is being made, within fifteen (15) days after tube plugging, as required by Technical Specification Surveillance 4.4.6.5.a.
