Application for Consent to Indirect Change of Control with Respect to Materials Licenses and Export Licenses and Notification Regarding Quality Assurance Program Approvals, Certificates of Compliance, and Design Certification

Dear Sir or Madam:

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC ("Westinghouse"), on behalf of itself and Brookfield WEC Holdings Inc. ("WEC Holdings"), submits this letter to correct and further clarify the March 21, 2018 application (the "Application") by Westinghouse for Consent to an Indirect Change of Control with Respect to the Materials Licenses and Export Licenses held by Westinghouse due to the indirect change of control of Westinghouse from Toshiba Corporation

("Toshiba") to WEC Holdings.

Subsequent to the filing of the Application, WEC Holdings noted a few inconsistencies within the Application that could lead to confusion.

As such, Westinghouse submits the enclosed corrections to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC").

The corrections appear in paragraphs that contain proprietary information found on page 1 0 of the Application. The corrections are shown by the strike-through and underscored words in Enclosure 2.

The information contained in Enclosure 2 is considered WEC Holdings proprietary information, and an affidavit requesting withholding of these corrections is enclosed as Enclosure 1. The information in the excerpt from the Application in Enclosure 2 considered proprietary is indicated by brackets.
