Dear Sir:
SALEM GENERATING STATION LICENSE NO. DPR-75 DOCKET NO. 50-311 UNIT NO. 2 May 4, 1993 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SURVEILLANCE 4.4.6.5.a NOTIFICATION On April 21, 1993, Steam Generator (S/G) tube plugging, in support of the seventh refueling outage, was completed.
Attached is a list of the plugged tube locations.
In all, thirty-eight (38) tubes were plugged of which:
thirty-one (31) tubes were plugged due to imperfection depths greater than or equal to 40% and seven (7) tubes were plugged due to imperfection depths between 30 and 40%.
This notification is being made, within fifteen (15) days after tube plugging, as required by Technical Specification Surveillance 4.4.6.5.a.
