NRC-HQ-7N-16-T-0001 M0006 Page 2 of 4 The purpose of this modification is to (1) exercise Option Year Two, hereby changing the period of performance end date from 09/12/2018 to 09/12/2019 (corrected Period of Performance) and increasing the current ceiling amount by $795,893.00, from $1,500,547.00 to $2,296,440.00, (2) make administrative changes to correct the period of performance dates listed in the price structure, (3) add Christina Malinowski as the alternate Contracting Officer's Representative, and (4) change the Buyer/Contract Specialist from Kim Nguyen to Ashlee Day.
Therefore, the contract is revised as follows:

The ordering period for this contract shall commence on 09/13/2016 and will expire on 09/12/2019.
