[External_Sender] Nordion's QA Program submission Hello Jeremy, I owe you and update on our QA Program submission. There have been some changes that will impact our submission. Nordion announced this week that we are withdrawing from a collaboration project to develop a new research reactor-based source of Mo-99. You can refer to the announcement below. As part of that project, we were intending to seek a C of C from NRC to support domestic waste transport in Type B packages. As we had previously discussed, Nordion was seeking a full scope QA Program Approval to support the C of C. With the news this week, Nordion will no longer be seeking a C of C and thus will not need the full scope approval.
At this time, Nordion would like to withdraw our submission for a full scope QA Program Approval.
