AUG S>g76~UoR QJQfjg gfQ~gggg>y CCQVll~~Wall Scca~4~Re: St.Lucie Unit.No.1 Docket No.50-",335 Supplemental Information to Proposed Amendment to Facilit 0 eratin License DPR-67 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.;30, Florida Power 6 Light Company herewith submits three (3)signed originals and forty (40)copies of supplemental information to a request to amend Facility Operating License DPR-67 submitted on July 30, 1976, by my letter L-76-277.The following information is submitted to clarify the request and the discussion contained in the safety eval-uation: l.The proposed amendment, will be utilized to conduct TV inspection without shutdown cooling flow for more than one 4-hour period.2.Temperatures in the RCS will be monitored by either dip samples or thermocouples once per hour to ensure that the 140'F RCS temperature limit in the refueling mode is not exceeded.3.The second sentence in the last paragraph of the safety evaluation should read"All CEA'.s will be present in the fuel bundles not removed from the core, thereby giving at least 5%additional shut-down reactivity not assumed in the accident analysis."
