PUBLIC SERVICE ELECTRIC AND GAS COMPANY SALEM GENERATING STATION CASE NO. 92-11-02-1450-21 AND 92-11-08-1117-31 In accordance with the January 14, 1993 letter from Beth Reddy, Public.service Electric and Gas is providing the attached Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest (NJA 1038249) as proof of proper disposal of the cleanup materials for the above-referenced case numbers.

The small quantity of lubricating oil discharged during each incident was collected in absorbant pads which were placed in 55-gallon drums for temporary storage.

The pads were then transferred and packed into 35-gallon fiber drums, along with other oil contaminated debris, for shipment to Rollins Environmental Services for incineration.

The date of the shipment was January 15, 1993.
