PSE&G hereby confirms the implementation of Amendment 134/113 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-70 and DPR-75.
Technical Specification Amendment 134/113 for Salem Unit Nos. 1 and 2 was approved by the Station Operations Review Committee for implementation on November 19, 1992.
Amendment 134/113 was implemented November 25, 1992.
