LICENSE AMENDMENT APPLICATION SUPPLEMENT TO LCR 92-07 SALEM GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-70 AND DPR-75 DOCKET NO. 50-272 AND 50-311 This letter revises our application for amendment to Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 for-the Salem Generating Station dated July 8, 1992 (LCR 92-07).
LCR 92-07 proposed changes to Technical Specifications (TSs) 6.3, "Unit staff Qualifications" and 6.4, "TraJning" to clarify the current requirements for licensed operator qualifications and training.
The marked up TS pages submitted in LCR 92-07 did not reflect the changes approved in Amendments 133 and 112 dated June 8, 1992.
A new set of marked up pages are included in the attachment of this letter to correct this oversight.
These changes, in no way, affect our description or justification for the proposed changes, our analysis concerning significant hazards, or any of the resulting conclusions.
