SAMPLE METHODOLOGY: Hydrazine - Chemets and/or UV/VIS Spectrophotometry pH - Ion Electrode RATIONALE FOR SAMPLING LOCATION &

NUMBER OF SAMPLES: One sample was obtained to to determine if the discharge was reportable. A second sample was obtained to verify that the cleanup was effective.

The samples were obtained from a puddle located on the foundation slab of the tank as this was the most representative location where a sample could be obtained.

FINANCIAL-RESPONSIBILITY:

PSE&G satisfies the requirements for self-insurance established by N.J.A.C. 7:1E-4.5(g) and will include appropriate documentation of this in its Discharge Cleanup and Removal (DCR)

Plan as required by N.J.A.C. 7:1E-4.4(a)9.
