Salem Generating Station Unit Nos. 1 And 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 And 50-311 License Change Request 91-08 Reactor Trip System Instrumentation On May 6, 1992, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted the subject license change reques~ to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This amendment request proposes to modify the Technical Specification Section 3/4.3.1 Reactor Trip System Instrumentation, Limiting Conditions for Operation, Action Requirements, and surveillance Requirements, including associated tables. These changes contain administrative chang~s, and provide consistency between Salem Units 1 and 2.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91(b).
Based on this review, the BNE does not have any comments on the proposed amendment request.
