SALEM GENERATING STATION LICENSE NO. DPR-70 DOCKET NO. 50-272 UNIT NO. 1 May 13, 1992 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SURVEILLANCE 4.4.5.5.a NOTIFICATION On May 4, 1992, Steam Generator (S/G) tube plugging, in support of the tenth refueling outage, was completed.
Attached is a list of the plugged tube locations.
In all, six (6) tubes were plugged of which:
three (3) tubes were plugged due to imperfection depths greater than or equal to 40% and three (3) tubes were plugged due to imperfection depths between 30 and 40%.
