CORRECTED SEA TURTLE DATA SHEET ATTACHMENT 2 TO PSE&G LETTER NLR-N91119 A recent review of our files revealed an error with an impingement report dated July 6, 1991 (NLR-N91119), from s.

Miltenberger to the NRC.

The report documents the incidental take of two sea turtles at the Salem Generating Station circulating water intake structure.

The incidents occurred on June 23 and 24, 1991.

Inadvertently the data sheets, Attachment 2 of the report, are duplicates of the June 24 incident.

To correct this error, the data sheet for the June 23 sea turtle occurrence is enclosed.

Please replace the first data sheet in the original report with the enclosed to complete your records.

If you have any questions regarding this transmittal, please contact us.
