PSE&G proposed changes to the Salem and Hope Creek Station Operations Review Committees (SORC's). Certain positions in the proposed memberships (e.g., Technical Engineer) are held by more than one person. In order to assure continuity among SORC meetings, membership in such positions will be controlled by administrative procedure. The designated member will serve as a_ '::

member for at least. 90 days. After 90 days, the individual may be replaced as a meinber, -subject to the approval of the station General Manager (or acting GM).

• Hope Creek The Hope Creek.proposal (NLR-N91151) incorrectly stated that there are presently three Maintenance Engineers at Hope Creek.

There are two persons with the Maintenance Engineer title.

Salem For Salem Unit 1 and 2 Technical Specification page 3/4 3-5, corrections to Reactor Trip Breaker reporting requirements were made in our letters dated November 9, 1990 and September 10, 1991. The attached pages contain the same corrections-, and add "POWER" after "RATED THERMAL," as an editorial correction~

Based on comments received from the NRC Licensing Project Manager, Mr *. J. c. 'Stone, portions of the proposed change to the Radial Peaking Factor Limit Report requirements are hereby withdrawn. Specifically~ the proposed definition of report fi (JO/

Document control Desk 2 NLR-N91168 issuance "(i.e., no later than coincident with the first application of the new F limits)", is being withdrawn. The report will be considere~Yissued when it is approved for use by the station, and a copy will be submitted to the NRC at that time. The NRC found the proposed definition unacceptable, because it may have allowed the report to be approved and available for use for some unspecified period of time prior to being submitted. The statement "Any information needed to support FRTP will be by request from the NRC and need not be xy included in this report" is also being deleted. The NRC considers this statement unnecessary and asked that it be deleted. The revised Radial Peaking Factor Limit Report requirements are attached.
