Ray Our attorneys have identified some items to call to your attention in the ER list of permits and authorizations for the project (ER Table 1.2-2). Below are those items.
TDEC Division of Radiological Health TCA § 68-23-212 does not exist anymore; It should be: 68-202-201 et seq.3-212 (TDEC Rule 0400- 20-10-.32)
EPA Facility Response Plan (40 CFR Parts 9 and 112) - Part 9 no longer exists Federal Aviation Act 49 U.S.C. § 1501; 14 CFR Part 77 - 1501 does not appear to be correct. It should be 49 U.S.C. 106 Thanks.
