As per our conversation on Tuesday, attached is the NRCs edits to the draft Agreement that the State submitted in Section 4.1 of its September 15, 2017 draft application. These edits were indicated in specific comment no. 22 of our December 19, 2017 letter (ML17319A171). I have also included in the draft Agreement the proposed revision discussed in comment 23 of the same letter.
