Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-3-&tt' Request for Amendment LCR 88-14 On December 28, 1989 Public Service Electric and Gas Company submitted a Change Request for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-70 and DPR-75 for Salem Unit Nos 1&2. The changes, if approved by the NRC, would modify the Bases Section to reflect Salem's compliance with Regulatory Guide 1.99, Revision 2, and
,modifies heatup and cooldown curves to reflect the test results.
The BNE staff has reviewed this change request and has no comment at this time.
