Possibly, it would depend upon the object~ves of the meeting.
The need for such meetings*
should be determined subsequent to the industry/NRC seminar.

Yes, that the program losses focus and consumes significant resources unnecessarily.
Some issues are still generic and should be addressed as an industry as opposed to each utility trying to resolve the problem.
