Mr. Corbin A. McNeill has resigned from PSE&G and has accepted a position with the Philadelphia Electric Company as an Executive Vice President -

Nuclear.

Mr. Steven E. Miltenberger now has responsibility for all nuclear operations at PSE&G.

Please address all correspondence to the attention of Steven E.

Miltenberger, Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer.

This change applies to both the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations Service Lists.
