Reactor disassembly, riemoval Qf t.lw~ RTn byp;u::;s :manifold piping, - and installation of bottom mount.1::!c:I t.bermoccmp:Les we.re. subsequently commenced.

Major wor.k accompJj.. flbed dur*in9 this p*~riod includes removal of the reactor head and upper internals, def\\~ling the reactor, removal of thB rei3.cto1: f lu1x tld rnble:~, reinova l of the reacto:r lower internals, a secondary hydro of No. 13 SG, and removal of the thermocouple columns.

The tube leak in No. 13 SG h.ai; be:en idemtlfiE~d as a Jlenking plug in ° previou~ly plugged tubs located near the tube lane blocking device.

As part of thP-norrrta 1 1e-ddy c:*u1crtml. examincltion required by T~chnica. l Specifications, t.wo tubes w:lth ~Jrea1t~:r. th~~n forty percent tube degradation have been identified and will be plug1~ed..

Because of this discovsry, the scops of thP inspection ha~ bee~ incrPased en additional 12%.

The electric generator has b 1P-en lifted three feet fm* regrouting to improve vibration c:ondition:s.

~n1e high picessure turbine rotor has been shipped to the Central ltviaj.ntenancE:i F'a.cilit..y for inspection.

Steam Generator ~JP tube wall thinning has been id~ntified during inspection of Nos. 11 & 14 SG~n. It has been d~cided to replace all of the Steam Gen~rator "J" tub~~::~ (35 per 13te,aro Genenitor) with oneF.1 mad<? of an upgraded incon~l type m~tted.~l.
