REMITTANCE OF APPLICATION FEE FIRST TEN-YEAR INSPECTION INTERVAL RELIEF REQUEST SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-272 The subject relief request was submitted on July 17, 1987, without an application fee as a result of our interpretation of 10CFR50.55a(g)(5)(iii).
Following a conversation with Mr. D. c.
Fischer of your staff on August 21, 1987, it was agreed that an application fee should be submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR170.21.
