Please be advised that I represent an employee of Catalytic Construction Company, Mr. David Lewis, who was injured on the site o~Salem Nuclear Power Plant on April 1st, 1986.
In an unrelated matter, my client has informed me that he had requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission look into allega-tions that he and a number of Catalytic employees were exposed to excessive radiation on various dates in 1986.
I have been informed by the Inspector who carried out an inspection as a result of my client's allegations, that Inspection Report No. 50-272/8606 was prepared and is, in fact, a public record at this time.
Thus, I would like to request, on behalf of my client, that a copy of that inspection report be forwarded to my office as soon as possible.
If you are able to forward said report to me I would greatly appre-ciate it.
Otherwise, I would request' your assistance in advising me of the individual to whom I should make such a request.
