DETAILED CONTROL ROOM DESIGN REVIEW SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 Mr. R. Eckenrode of the NRC staff conducted a pre-implementation audit of the Salem Detailed Control Room Design Review during the week of November 26, ~984.
Based on the findings of the audit and NRC's Safety Evaluation Report, dated March 28, 1984, we projected providing a response to the findings by July 1, 1985.
In the supplemental Safety Evaluation Report, dated April 17, 1985, the NRC requested more information on an additional twenty-seven (27) Human Engineering Discrepancies (HEDs).
Because of the added scope of this request, we have rescheduled our response to September 1985.
