STATION OPERATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE (SORC)
QUORUM REQUIREMENTS SALEM GENERATING STATION UNITS NO. 1 AND 2 In response to a request by Mr. F. Allenspach of Licensee Qualification Branch to improve our SORC quorum-to-membership ratio, we hereby commit to increasing the SORC quorum requirement, in Section 6.0 of the Technical Specifications, to five (5) members plus the chairman, accompanied by the deletion of the Senior Operations Supervisor and Station Planning Engineer from the membership.
This modification will be made in conjunction with an amendment submittal that addresses our recent organizational changes.
