SOLID RADIOACTIVE WASTE PROCESS CONTROL PROGRAM NO. 1 AND 2 UNITS SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 Public Service Electric and Gas Company hereby submits its proposed Process Control Program (PCP) for solid radioactive waste processing at Salem.
The PCP provides an overview of the in-plant measures and controls taken to assure the suitability of radioactive waste products for transportation and disposal at a licensed radioactive waste burial site.
The proposed PCP will fulfill the requirements of our pending Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications, as transmitted to you in License Change Requests 79-01 and 81-19.
It is our intention to implement the PCP when NRC approval is granted.
