Copies of'his testimony simultaneously. have been filed with the Board and served on the parties,

'imilarly, we shall file and serve'prepared written testimony addressing Questions A2,.Bl, B2, B3 and B4, prob'ably not later than June 8, 1979.

The Appeal Board was apparently not served with copies of the "Summary of Meeting Eeld on May 16, 1979.",dated May 22,

1979, prepared by Ralph. A, Birkel.

Would you please take steps to see that this is done?
