(a) Authorized Cost Ceiling $98,825.00 (b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this Interagency Agreement is $98,825.00.
When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to OPM hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, OPM shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the NRC Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this Interagency Agreement. Any work undertaken by OPM in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the OPM's sole risk.
The following documents are hereby made a part of this Interagency Agreement:
Attachment No. 1: FS Forms 7600 A-B Attachment No. 2: Statement of Work Attachment No. 2: NRC IAA Standard Terms and Conditions The NRC enters into this interagency agreement with OPM pursuant to the Use of Revolving Fund Authority, 5 U.S.C. Section 1304(e)-(f).
Notwithstanding the agreement effective dates and period of performance start dates stated elsewhere in the agreement, the effective date of the agreement and start date of the period of performance are the last date of signature by the parties.
