By letter dated November 26, 1993, the Commission issued Amendment No. 172 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-77 for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit l.

The amendment was in response to your application dated March 10, 1993.

Since then it has been discovered that page B 3/4 l-3a duplicated information that is on the preceding page, page B 3/4 1-3. Therefore, page B 3/4 l-3a should be discarded.
