- 2) GE Company Parent Guarantee of Decommissioning Funds. 5/1/17 Reuter-Stokes, LLC is providing this notice regarding its use of a parent company guarantee of funds for decommissioning costs !Reference 2).
Based on year-end financial statements for the latest completed fiscal year ended on December 31. 2017, it has been determined GE Company may no longer meet one of the financial test criteria for a parent company guarantee of funds for decommissioning. As a result, Reuter-Stokes. LLC intends to provide an alternate financial surety method in accordance with applicable requirements.
