REQUEST FOR REFUND FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES DPR-70 and DPR-75 UNIT NOS. 1 and 2 SALEM GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-272 and 50-311 We have reevaluated, and decided to withdraw, two previously submitted license change requests dated August 20, 1979 and July 1, 1981.
The proposed amendments dealt with Power Range Neutron Flux Rate Trip setpoint changes (LCR 79-13) for Unit No. 1 and EPRI Safety and Relief Valve Generic Test Program submittal dates (LCR 81-10) for Unit No. 2.
We hereby request a refund of those fee payments forwarded with the subject amendment proposals in the amounts of $4,000 and $1,200 respectively.
