POST TMI REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE FACILITIES NO. 1 AND 2 UNITS SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-272 AND 50-311 In our April 20, 1981 letter on this subject, we had committed to submit the conceptual design descriptions by June 1, 1981.
Due to the allocation of resources to resolve the items identified in the recent Emergnecy Preparedness Appraisal and closing out items prior to issuance of the Full Power Operating L.;i.cense, we find ourselves unable to comply with this commit-ment.
Therefore, we request a two month extension, proposing to submit the required material by August 1, 1981.
