b This letter will serve to conf irrn our verbal report to the NRC Resident Inspector on Wednesday, October 29, 1980, advising of a potential reportable occurrence in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.
During radiographic testing of Nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14 Steam Gen-erator feedwater nozzle to pipe welds, several indications were found in the weld areas of the No. 13 Stearn Generator.
The cause and nature of the indications are not yet known and the welds are presently undergoing further examination.
A detailed report will be submitted in the time period specified by the Technical Specifications.
