An additional containment isolation valve *has been identified which could reopen upon a res'et of the isolation signal.
This valve (1SJ53 - Unit 1 and 2SJ53 - Unit 2) is for the test lines of the safety injection system.
The valve is located outside of the. containment and is normally closed during power operation.
It is only used for tes*t purposes.
The circuitry for the SJ53 valves will be *revised to eliminate the potential for reopening upon a reset of the isolation signal.
The change will be accomplished on Unit 1 during the present refueling outage and for Unit 2 prior to full power operation.
