requesting continued Authorization To Operate the classified network. Attached to this letter is the updated Classified Distributive Information Network (COIN, Enclosure 3).

During the inspection of February 21, 2018, GLE had discussions with DOE (AO) to understand the requested changes to the PCSP, GLEP-00015-R, based on GLE's request for an Encryption Device. Based on this discussion GLE resubmits the PCSP with the requested changes (Enclosure 1 ).

In discussions with NSIR it was requested that we submit a revision to the SPPP that removes all reference to a vault type room. This room is now a data center (Ref. 3). GLE is submitting revision 16 to the GLEP-00009-R SPPP for NRC approval (Enclosure 2).

Please contact me at (910)819-7447 or pat.jenny@ge.com if you have any questions, or would like to discuss this submittal.

Sincerely, Pat Jenny GLE Security/Licensing Manager Enclosures
